SHIPPING AND HANDLING
FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders that subtotal $150 or more. Applies to U.S. residents only. Sorry, offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or international (including Canada) destinations.

Standard orders are processed within two business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and delivery should arrive in five to seven business days. All orders are shipped insured. In addition, California residents will be charged sales tax, currently 8.75%. In the event of a delay, you will be notified immediately.

RETURNS
Shelley Herman Designs will accept any product in its original packaging and original form within 14 days. Your invoice must be included with any returns. Please contact our customer service department before attempting to ship goods back to us, as each return must receive our confirmation. The client will pay for return shipping costs and insurance. When we have received the items, we will credit your account.

 

REPAIRS
We stand behind the quality of all our jewelry, so if a necklace needs repair based on normal usage, or breakage in shipping, send the item back to us to be fixed. Since our necklaces are unique pieces, repairs are subject to the availability of the stones. In some cases, charges may apply. If so, you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed, and prior to the beginning of the repair.

 

Lengthening: $10 per inch, plus shipping.
Shortening: $5 per inch, plus shipping.
